Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Metro cities usually receive them in 2–4 days, and the rest of India in 4–7 working days.

Is cash on delivery available?

Yes, COD is available on most pincodes for orders up to ₹10,000. A ₹49 handling fee applies. You can check availability for your pincode on any product page.

How do I track my order?

You will receive tracking details by SMS, WhatsApp and email once your order ships. You can also track it any time from My Orders.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship only within India. International shipping is coming soon.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You can return unused products in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, earrings are returnable only if they arrive damaged.

When will I get my refund?

Prepaid refunds reach your original payment method within 5–7 working days after we receive the return. COD refunds are sent by bank transfer or UPI.

Product & Care

Will the jewellery tarnish?

Our pieces have an anti-tarnish coating. With simple care — no water, perfume or sweat, and airtight storage — they keep their shine for a long time.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. Our jewellery is nickel-safe and lead-safe, and most pieces are hypoallergenic. If you have a known metal allergy, please check the material on the product page.

Are the products real gold or diamonds?

No. We make premium artificial (imitation) jewellery using brass, copper alloy and stainless steel, finished with gold, rose-gold or silver-tone plating and simulated stones.

Payments & Offers

Which payment methods do you accept?

UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets and cash on delivery.

How do I apply a coupon?

Enter your coupon code in the cart or at checkout and tap Apply. Only one coupon can be used per order.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Every order arrives in our signature keepsake box. You can add a personal gift message at checkout.
